Everly Happy Skincare & Laser is a boutiques spa, working without a receptionist. All inquiries can be answered through text or e-mail. An available technician will respond as quick as possible, but allow up to 24 hrs for a response.

 INSTRUCTIONS

COVID-19: It is asked to arrive solo for your appointment. Plan traveling accordingly, to arrive at least 5-10 mins prior service time, as most appointments are set for 30 mins duration. Arriving 5-10  mins late will result in a shortened treatment. Arriving beyond will be subjected to a cancellation fee.

Bathroom use, should be done before your scheduled appointment time begins.  

Your time is reserved exclusively for you and this will only void your treatment! 

*Upon entering, technicians may be in a session with other clients. Please sit patiently and quietly in the waiting area with your mask on. The keys to the bathroom are located above the water cooler. 

The bathrooms are right across the hall from the office.*

CANCELLATION 

Credit Card is required at time of booking and will only be charged if a  customer goes against the cancellation policy. Appointments CANCELLED  or RESCHEDULED (this includes arriving late for your appointment) under 24 hrs notice, as well as NO SHOWS, will be subject to a $45 fee *per half hr appointment*. To cancel or reschedule your appointment prior 24 hrs, log onto your Vagaro account and click on your profile icon. A drop menu will appear, click on appointments. To reschedule, log back onto your Vagaro account and select a new date.
