Fibroblast Therapy; also known as plasma skin tightening, is an innovative, non-surgical treatment designed to rejuvenate and lift the skin, diminishing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging.
Number of Sessions Varies
Avoid Sun Exposure: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 2 weeks before treatment, as sunburned skin can increase the risk of pigmentation changes.
Discontinue Certain Products: Stop using retinoids, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), and other exfoliating or irritating products for at least a week before treatment.
No Botox or Fillers: If you’ve had Botox or dermal fillers in the treatment area, wait at least 2-4 weeks before undergoing fibroblast therapy.
Avoid Blood-Thinning Medications and Supplements: If safe for you, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and other blood thinners for 3-5 days prior to reduce the risk of bruising. Always consult your doctor if you’re on prescribed blood thinners.

Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50+) and avoid direct sunlight for at least 8 weeks to prevent hyperpigmentation.o achieve healthy, glowing skin.
Do Not Pick Scabs: Tiny dots may form post-treatment, which will scab over in a few days. Do not pick or scratch these scabs; they need to fall off naturally to avoid scarring.
Use Healing Ointments: Apply a gentle healing ointment (such as an aloe vera gel or a product recommended by your practitioner) to the area to aid in the healing process.
Avoid Makeup: Refrain from applying makeup on the treated area until the scabs fall off completely (usually within 5-10 days).
Redness and Swelling/ Itching: Mild to moderate redness and swelling are common in the treated area, typically subsiding within 1-3 days.
Tiny Brown Dots: Small dots, resembling scabs, will appear at the treatment sites. These are carbon crusts left by the plasma pen, which will eventually flake off as the skin heals.
Week 2-4
Redness and Pinkness: After the scabs fall off, a pinkish layer of skin may appear. This is fresh, healing skin, which can take a few weeks to return to a normal tone.
Tightness and Sensitivity: The treated area may feel tight or sensitive as the skin continues to recover and produce collagen.
